The hotel was situated in a picturesque location, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. the breakfast was adequate with a decent variety of fresh bread and pastries. the rooms were relatively clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, offering various services to guests.
The customer service could have been better. Despite arriving early for check-in, I was ignored and had to wait for over forty-five minutes before being helped.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very welcoming and provided exceptional service. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a stunning view from every angle. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh bread. The hotel was very clean, including all the facilities.

What a wonderful Easter break! the charming reception offered a warm welcome and the staff provided fantastic services with huge smiles on their faces. the location was key, offering an amazing 360, degree view of the stunning surroundings , vineyards, green spaces. the breakfast in the sun was delicious with yummy bread, and the kids had a lot of fun with all the space around them.
The check, in process. Upon arrival, I had to wait for forty, five minutes to be assisted, as the reception was busy at the restaurant.

The staff members were very charming, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was amazing and had a breathtaking view. It was perfect for relaxing in a peaceful area, surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast, especially while sitting out in the sun.
The service at reception was not good. We arrived early for check-in and were ignored, which made us wait for 45 minutes before getting assistance.
